Layaway Program

Terms

• You can layaway merchandise for up to 90 days with as little as 25% down or $500 (whichever is greater).
• Payments of 30% are to be made every 30 days and the layaway is to be paid in full within 90 days.
• Christmas layaways are to be paid in full at least 10 days prior to Christmas.

Abandoned Merchandise

Merchandise will be considered abandoned after 90 days of the initial layaway ticket and will be returned to stock. We will make every effort to contact you before the merchandise is returned to stock; however, it is your responsibility to communicate with us regarding your layaway merchandise.

Restocking Fee

If, within 90 days of your layaway, you change your mind and don’t want your merchandise, please let us know. A restocking fee will be charged equal to 20% of the merchandise being restocked. For the first 5 days we will waive the restocking fee. After 90 days you forfeit your down payments.
